"While parts attendant (M. Rogers) was getting a replacement spring for my Son's 2001 eXmark mower that is still running strong, I was browsing around the showroom and noticed a sign that said "SALE" so naturally, I had to ask about it! Having over 3 acres that require regular cutting, and knowing how much my Son loves his eXmark, I approached the sales desk and spoke with Jeff. After having all our questions answered, I decided to purchase a 2016 eXmark for myself! Will, the Delivery Driver brought it to me this morning, let me know they had already prepped it for winter storage as it was snowing when he dropped it off today and made sure to let me know if I had any questions or concerns to contact them. I can't wait till next season so I can start using it! The staff was very attentive to our needs, answered all our questions and made my Son and I very happy customers! Thank you!"

" I was told your new store was open and stopped in. First let me say wow! That place is awesome!!! Nice job!!!! Your man behind the parts counter Jym i believe. Was very informative and helpful. He really knows his stuff. He was able to diagnose my problem, get the needed items to get me up and going and explained how to go about the repair. Even offered to meet me half way w/ future needs saving me the drive! I listened to him on the phone with other customers. I believe he is truely an asset to Carleton Equipment and Bobcat. I have never recieved that kind of assistance/care from your competitors!"
